The stainless steel coffee filter fits securely over most mugs, cups and tumblers; it is highly durable, and can withstand high heats. How to use the Pour Over Coffee Filter? Step 1 - Simply place the stainless steel coffee dripper on top of your any cup or mug and fill with your desired amount of coffee grounds. (medium grind will work best) Step 2 - Fill a kettle with hot water (preferably at around 195-200 Fahrenheit) and Start pouring from center and slowly work your way outwards. Be careful not to pour too much water at once, rather let it drip through before adding more. Step 3 - It should take about two point five to three minutes for a 6 ounce cup of coffee to finish dripping the entire brewing process. Step 4 - Now just remove the filter and enjoy your coffee! How to clean, when it clog? Step 1 - Put the coffee filter into 3-4 cups boil water pot. Step 2 - Add one cup of plain white vinegar, make sure the dripper lower than the boiling vinegar water. Step 3 - After it boil for a few minutes, take out the filter to see if the water is draining through freely,if not,continue to boil until it does. Step 4 - Once it does drain freely, take out the filter and set in the sink, pour the boiling vinegar water through the filter and let it drain out into the sink. Step 5 - In case the vinegar taste, you can add a plain hot water rinse at the end of the process to wash away all the vinegar. Step 6 - Let the filter dry completely before next use.
