The Lido E manual coffee grinder is designed especially for espresso. It features a dual bearing system to deliver the grind consistency required for espresso & Turkish coffee. The grind setting mechanism is based on an extremely fine thread adjustment stack which allows very small particle size changes to be made easily and repeatably. All of the metal body components are EPD coated aluminum, allowing for a weight similar to the Lido 3 travel grinder. Anti-static catch jar & ConeTop Portafilter Dosing Tool round out the espresso- centric design of the OE Lido E manual coffee grinder.How to Set the Grind The bottom ring is used to set the grind-size. Turning it to the left makes the grind coarser; turning to the right makes the grind finer. Use the locking ring (top ring) to lock in your grind setting by turning it to the left, which lowers it down the threads and "locks" with the adjustment ring to prevent it from moving. To unlock the rings and change your grind, you will need to turn the rings in opposite directions: either hold the locking ring in place and turn the adjustment (bottom) ring to the left, or hold the adjustment ring and turn the locking ring to the right.
